How does the property sale process work with ESTAYA?
We guide you from the complimentary initial valuation through professional marketing all the way to the handover of keys. In a personal consultation we determine the optimum asking price and work with you to develop a bespoke strategy for your property.
Is the property valuation really free of charge?
Yes. Both the quick online valuation and the on-site valuation by our agents are free of charge and without obligation for you. This does not commit you to instructing us, and you are not required to sell afterwards. Even if you later instruct us to handle the sale, there are no separate valuation fees.
Which regions do you cover?
ESTAYA operates primarily in the Saxony region, with a focus on Chemnitz, Limbach-Oberfrohna, and the wider Chemnitz catchment area. Get in touch. We are happy to assist with properties in neighbouring regions too.
What costs are involved for sellers or landlords?
Our commission fees are transparent and success-based, you only pay upon a successful completion. We discuss the exact terms in a personal consultation, as they may vary depending on the property and scope of services.
How do I find suitable property listings?
Use our search function on the website to filter specifically for properties to buy or rent. Alternatively, you can create a search profile, and you will be notified automatically whenever a new, matching listing appears.
What is a search profile and how does it work?
With a search profile you define your desired criteria (location, size, budget) and receive automatic notifications the moment a matching property becomes available. That way you will never miss an opportunity again.
Do you also handle property management?
Yes, we offer comprehensive property management services, from finding tenants and handling service charge statements through to technical maintenance. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Can I also have my property let through you?
