Our offices
Limbach-Oberfrohna
The head office is in the Kaiserliches Postamt at Moritzstraße 13. We restored the listed building ourselves and sit on the ground floor today, with the tenants of the 14 flats above us. From here we look after the greater Chemnitz area.
Leipzig
The second office is in Leipzig-Lindenau, Siemeringstraße 4. From there we look after the greater Leipzig area. The office is still young and the team there is growing.
What to expect
One named contact person
New colleagues have one named contact person for their first months. If you get stuck, you ask, and you get an answer.
Market data from our own system
The figures are updated every day. You see them before the client meeting, not after it.
An open commission model
For the roles paid on commission we set out the model in the first meeting, sentence by sentence. You can work out for yourself beforehand what it adds up to.
