Between the offer and the payout lie weeks in which buyers sleep badly. As a mortgage adviser working through the ESTAYA Finanzagentur you make sure those weeks stay calm: with clear figures, with lenders who move at your pace, and by picking up the phone.

Most of our buyers need financing, and they ask us about it on the same day they see the property. You compare terms across the banks, work out a sound structure and accompany the purchase through to the payout. Because the estate agency sits in the same building, most queries are settled in the corridor.

• You give independent advice on property financing, remortgaging and the funding programmes of KfW, the German state development bank.
• You compare terms across the banks and draw up sound financing concepts.
• You accompany buyers from the first assessment through to the payout.
• You work closely with the estate agency team, so that financing is part of the purchase rather than an afterthought.
• You look after the relationships with our banking partners and keep careful records.

• A licence under section 34i of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), or the willingness to obtain one. We will support you; the ESTAYA Finanzagentur is itself going through the licensing procedure under section 34i GewO.
• Experience in property financing or financing advice.
• A sure feel for figures and a careful, reliable way of working.
• Strong communication skills and business-fluent German.
• A category B driving licence.

• Enquiries from our own company instead of bought-in contacts.
• A commission model we set out in full at the first interview, rate by rate.
• Property data and documents sit in the same system as the financing. What the bank asks for is usually already there.
• Flexible working hours.
• A company car for the appointments that take place on site.
• An office in the Kaiserliches Postamt, a listed building restored with care, plus free drinks and fresh fruit.

Your starting point is our head office in the listed Kaiserliches Postamt, Moritzstraße 13 in Limbach-Oberfrohna. You have appointments across Saxony, and much can also be settled by phone and on screen.
