A sale rarely begins with a property. It begins with a phone call in which someone explains why something is changing. As a Real Estate Consultant at ESTAYA you listen first, then value the property properly and accompany owners and investors through to the notary appointment.

We are an owner-managed company in Saxony and we work with our own technology: our ERP system, the ESTAYA app and market data that is updated daily. That saves you the searching and leaves time for what matters, the conversation. You look after residential and investment properties from the first contact to the handover and put your own signature on the marketing.

• You win new residential and investment properties for sale and letting.
• You value properties and explain to owners how that value comes about.
• You advise investors on yield and marketing strategy.
• You prepare documentation, property brochures and digital data rooms.
• You accompany the sale through to the notary appointment and stay reachable afterwards.
• You contribute to the project development of our own properties.

• A completed apprenticeship or a degree in property or finance.
• Several years of experience in acquisition and sales. Knowing investment property is an advantage.
• A sure hand with figures, yields and market data.
• An independent, structured way of working and a liking for teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken German, English is welcome.
• Confident use of the usual office software and a liking for digital tools.
• A category B driving licence.
