Our project development aims to breathe new life into this substantial site. Through our renovation, we are creating bespoke and exceptional residential concepts for people who seek something truly distinctive.

The impressive building stands out particularly for its charming details, such as artistic tiles in the entrance area or the high-quality solid wood flooring, which can be found in both the factory and the villa. Supplementary underfloor heating ensures the required cosiness.
